If the initial involvement in Network 23 is to generate sufficient interest to re-establish further positive involvement and hence further information then the need to establish a Company like structure and moral must be self evident. Each team picks a common recipe every week. Ingredients, preparatory techniques and the general flavour of common recipes are dissected , discussed and then re-interpreted into game strategies for each of the volleyball teams:
